Age limit

You must be at least 18 years old to buy products from kingofsnus.eu, which you accept when you first enter the website.

Prices

At King of Snus, we reserve the right to make errors in our stated prices. Furthermore, we reserve the right to change prices without prior consent. Reservations are made for sold-out items.

Payment

King of Snus OÜ accepts payments with VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, and other common payment methods. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in €, including VAT. Reservations are made for price errors and sold-out / discontinued items.

Delivery

King of Snus OÜ strives to send orders placed before 14:00 the same day; orders placed after will be shipped the next business day.
We ship to most of Europe. Shipping prices vary depending on the country. Items can be delivered either to a parcel shop closest to the delivery address or directly to your home, unless otherwise agreed. Deliveries are made with DPD, GLS, or other couriers chosen by you.

Note: If there is no space at the delivery point, your package will be moved to the nearest delivery point, which you will be notified of. For issues, contact customer service. Items are typically delivered within 2–5 business days, depending on the country. For certain goods, special delivery terms may apply and will be specified prior to purchase.

Customer Responsibility Notice

By purchasing from our website, you are solely responsible for ensuring that the items are permitted in your country. We provide shipping services but do not assume liability for fines, penalties, or confiscations due to local restrictions. You are the legal importer in your country and responsible for all applicable laws, customs duties, excise taxes, or other levies.

Important notice regarding wholesale purchases with GLS: In the rare event that a package is discarded after delivery by GLS, King of Snus OÜ cannot be held responsible for refunds.

Right of complaint / guarantee

A 2-year right of complaint is given in accordance with the European Sale of Goods Act. Complaints apply to defects in material and/or manufacturing. Remedies include repair, replacement, refund, or price reduction. Complaints must be made within 2 months of discovering the defect.

Right of return

You have a 14-day full right of return on items purchased in our webshop, starting from the day you receive the order.
Return costs are borne by you. Cancellations must be reported within 14 days, and items returned within 14 days after cancellation. Notice must be sent to: info@kingofsnus.eu. Afterwards, return the items to the address above.

Refund

Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless agreed otherwise. Refunds may be withheld until the item is received or proof of return is provided.

Complaints can be submitted to the Estonian Consumer Protection Board or through the EU Commission’s online complaints platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
